Our standard shipping now takes 4 to 7 business days for the parcel to arrive in most countries or your place.
Once orders are made, the parcel will be sent out from our warehouse within the first 24 hours (excluding holidays). You will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor the status of your parcel.
Please note that shipping times can vary due to multiple factors, such as the destination country, customs, weather, and so on, which are beyond our control. We continuously strive to improve our services for your satisfaction.

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date the order is received.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team. We do not accept returned items that were sent back without prior consultation with us.
Return Shipping Fee
If an error occurred on our part, such as sending the wrong items or quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned items, we will offer compensation or send a replacement.
If you ordered an incorrect size or product, or simply wish to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. In this case, you are responsible for the shipping fee, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.
NOTE
The buyer is responsible for any logistics costs in the following situations:
1. Incorrect address provided when placing an order resulting in delivery failure.
2. Changing the delivery address during parcel transportation resulting in delivery failure.
3. The package has been delivered, but not received due to other reasons.
4. Delivery failure due to the buyer's reasons, in which case the seller will no longer provide free shipping.
