Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These Gift Card Terms & Conditions apply to all gift cards issued by EYEVOS and purchased or used on our official website www.eyevos.com. By purchasing, receiving, or using an EYEVOS gift card, you agree to these Terms.

Gift Card Details

Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with an EYEVOS gift card.

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. EYEVOS gift cards have no additional processing fees.

We will send the gift card redemption code to the email address provided at checkout, usually within 2 minutes after the order is placed. If you do not see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Gift cards can be used together with website discounts, unless a specific promotion clearly states otherwise.

Gift cards are valid for all products available on www.eyevos.com, subject to any applicable product, prescription, age, shipping, safety, or legal requirements.

1. Issuer and Website Use

Gift cards are issued by EYEVOS and may be redeemed only on our official website: www.eyevos.com.

Gift cards cannot be used on third-party marketplaces, other websites, social media shops, retail stores, or any other sales channels unless we clearly state otherwise.

2. Delivery by Email

Gift cards are electronic gift cards and are delivered by email.

After your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, we will send the gift card redemption code to the email address provided at checkout, usually within 2 minutes.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to payment review, fraud screening, system delays, email delivery issues, or other technical reasons.

If you do not receive your gift card email, please first check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered email folders.

If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us at support@eyevos.com with your order number and purchase email address.

3. Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout.

If you entered an incorrect email address, please contact us immediately at support@eyevos.com.

If the gift card has not been redeemed, we will try to assist by updating the email address, resending the gift card, canceling the original code, or providing another reasonable solution.

However, once a gift card has been delivered, accessed, redeemed, transferred, or used, we cannot guarantee cancellation, recovery, replacement, or refund.

4. Redemption at Checkout

Each gift card contains a redemption code and instructions for use at checkout.

To use a gift card, enter the gift card redemption code at checkout. The available gift card balance will be applied to your eligible order total.

If the order total is greater than the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the gift card and may be used for future purchases.

Gift cards may be used across multiple orders until the balance is fully used.

5. Use with Website Discounts

Gift cards can be used together with website discounts.

Gift cards are generally treated as a payment method, not as a discount.

This means you may generally apply eligible discount codes, automatic discounts, sale prices, or website promotions to your order and then pay the remaining balance with a gift card.

However, certain promotions may have separate rules and may exclude gift cards or limit their combination with other offers. If a specific promotion clearly states different terms, those promotional terms will apply.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards unless EYEVOS clearly states otherwise.

6. Valid for All Website Products

Gift cards are valid for all products available for purchase on www.eyevos.com.

However, using a gift card does not waive, replace, or bypass any applicable product requirements or restrictions.

If a product requires a valid prescription, age verification, identity verification, shipping eligibility, safety confirmation, or other compliance information, you must provide the required information before the order can be processed or shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order paid with a gift card if the order does not meet applicable product, prescription, age, shipping, safety, or legal requirements.

7. No Additional Processing Fees

EYEVOS gift cards have no additional processing fees.

Purchased gift cards also have no activation fees, service fees, maintenance fees, or dormancy fees.

You will not be charged any additional fee simply for purchasing, receiving, or using a gift card.

8. Expiration

Purchased gift cards do not expire, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.

Promotional gift cards, bonus credits, store credits, rewards, or complimentary credits may have different expiration dates, limitations, or promotional rules, if clearly disclosed when issued.

9. Refunds and Returns

Gift card purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the gift card has been delivered, unless required by law.

If you made a mistake when purchasing a gift card, such as entering the wrong email address or purchasing the wrong amount, please contact us as soon as possible at support@eyevos.com.

If the gift card has not been redeemed, we may, at our discretion, help update the email address, resend the gift card, cancel the original code, or provide another reasonable solution.

If a product purchased with a gift card is returned in accordance with our Return Policy, the refund will generally be issued back to the original gift card or as store credit, unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Return Policy.

10. No Cash Redemption

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, check, credit, or any other monetary payment, except where required by law.

In some states or jurisdictions, customers may have the right to redeem small remaining gift card balances for cash as required by applicable law.

EYEVOS will comply with applicable laws regarding cash redemption of gift card balances.

11. Lost, Stolen, Deleted, or Unauthorized Use

Please keep your gift card code safe.

EYEVOS is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, deleted, misdelivered due to customer error, accessed without authorization, or used without permission.

If you believe your gift card has been lost, stolen, deleted, or used without authorization, please contact us immediately at support@eyevos.com.

We may review replacement requests if you can provide proof of purchase and if our records show that the gift card has not been redeemed. Replacement is not guaranteed.

12. Fraud, Abuse, and Suspicious Activity

EYEVOS reserves the right to review, hold, cancel, or refuse any gift card purchase, gift card redemption, or related order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized use, payment abuse, violation of these Terms, violation of our policies, or illegal activity.

Gift cards may not be used for fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized resale, money laundering, illegal activity, or any other abusive or suspicious activity.

If EYEVOS determines that a gift card was obtained, purchased, transferred, or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms, EYEVOS may cancel the gift card and any related order.

13. Resale and Transfer

You may give a gift card to another person as a gift.

However, gift cards may not be resold, auctioned, traded for value, transferred for unauthorized commercial purposes, or used in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.

14. Age and Parent or Guardian Permission

If you are under 18 years old, you should purchase, receive, or use a gift card only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By purchasing or using a gift card, you confirm that you are either at least 18 years old or have permission from your parent or legal guardian.

15. Taxes, Shipping, and Other Charges

Gift cards may be applied toward eligible product purchases, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

If your order total exceeds the available gift card balance, you must pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.

16. Changes to These Terms

EYEVOS may update these Gift Card Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version posted on our website at the time of purchase or redemption will generally apply to your gift card, unless a change is required by law, relates to fraud prevention, or is necessary to protect customers, our business, or the security of our services.
