Requirements vary by region. If your area requires a prescription, we will prompt you to provide one during checkout. If you're unsure, we recommend consulting a local eye care professional for an eye exam first.
Can I use colored contacts if I have sensitive eyes/dry eyes/am a first-time wearer?
Yes, but you should choose appropriate products:
1, For sensitive or dry eye users, we recommend lenses with lower water content (38%-42%), which provide more stable oxygen permeability and are less likely to worsen dryness.
2, For first-time wearers, we suggest starting with natural diameter lenses (14.0mm) and standard base curve (8.6mm), limiting initial wear to 4-6 hours.

Do you have colored contacts for farsightedness (plus power) or astigmatism?
Currently, we do not offer colored contacts for farsightedness or astigmatism, but we are actively developing them. To stay updated on release dates, follow our official social media accounts or subscribe to our email notifications.
How Do I Choose the Right Ones?
What do diameter, base curve, and water content mean?
1, Diameter refers to the overall size of the lens. 14.0mm looks most natural, while 15mm and above will make your eyes appear larger and more dramatic.
2, Base curve refers to the curvature of the lens that fits your eyeball. 8.6mm suits most people. If the lens slides around easily, choose a smaller base curve; if it feels tight and uncomfortable, choose a larger one.
3, Water content refers to the percentage of water in the lens. Higher water content feels softer and more comfortable initially, but lenses tend to dry out faster during extended wear. Dry eye users should choose lower water content lenses (38%-42%).
How do I choose colors based on my natural eye color?
1, For dark-colored eyes, we recommend highly pigmented styles (such as brown, gray, or patterned designs). Lighter colors may be overshadowed by your natural eye color.
2, For light-colored eyes, most colors will show up well, so you can try more transparent and natural styles.

How do I tell the right side from the wrong side of the lens?
1, Gently place the lens on your fingertip and observe its shape.
Right side (correct): The lens edges curve inward like a bowl with smooth edges.
Wrong side (incorrect): The lens edges flare outward like a plate.
2, If you experience significant discomfort or the lens slides around after insertion, it may be inside out. Remove it, flip it over, and reinsert.
How Do I Place an Order and Pay?
How do I use a promo code/discount code? Can they be combined?

When Will I Receive My Order?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.
How do I track my shipment?

How Do I Wear and Care for My Lenses?
What are the daily care and storage steps for colored contacts?

After removal:

Place the lens in your palm, add a few drops of contact lens solution, and gently rub both sides for about 10 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with fresh solution.

For storage:

Pour out the old solution from your lens case, add fresh solution, fully submerge the lenses, and secure the lid.

Note: Never use tap water or bottled water instead of contact lens solution. Replace your lens case every 3 months.

How long can I wear contacts each day? Can I sleep in them?

We recommend wearing contacts for no more than 8 hours per day. First-time wearers should limit wear to 4-6 hours for the first few days to allow your eyes to adjust.

Do not sleep in your contacts, including naps. When your eyes are closed during sleep, the lenses block oxygen supply, which can cause corneal oxygen deprivation and damage.

How long can I use the lenses after opening?

Annual lenses can be used for up to 12 months from the date of opening, regardless of how often they are actually worn. After one year, you must replace them with new lenses.

For unopened lenses, please refer to the expiration date on the packaging.

What should I do if I experience stinging, redness, or dryness while wearing contacts?
  • Remove the lenses immediately and do not continue wearing them.
  • Rest with your eyes closed or use preservative-free artificial tears to relieve discomfort.
  • Check whether the lenses are damaged, dirty, inside out, or expired.
  • If symptoms persist for several hours or you experience blurred vision, stop using the lenses and seek medical attention promptly.
