After removal:
Place the lens in your palm, add a few drops of contact lens solution, and gently rub both sides for about 10 seconds. Rinse thoroughly with fresh solution.
For storage:
Pour out the old solution from your lens case, add fresh solution, fully submerge the lenses, and secure the lid.
Note: Never use tap water or bottled water instead of contact lens solution. Replace your lens case every 3 months.
We recommend wearing contacts for no more than 8 hours per day. First-time wearers should limit wear to 4-6 hours for the first few days to allow your eyes to adjust.
Do not sleep in your contacts, including naps. When your eyes are closed during sleep, the lenses block oxygen supply, which can cause corneal oxygen deprivation and damage.
Annual lenses can be used for up to 12 months from the date of opening, regardless of how often they are actually worn. After one year, you must replace them with new lenses.
For unopened lenses, please refer to the expiration date on the packaging.
